The Kimberly Business Center is commercial industrial association that comprises 110,414 square feet of industrial space.  The project is located one block north of the 91 freeway between State College Blvd. and Raymond Avenue in Fullerton, California.  The project enjoys close proximity to the 91, 57 and 5 freeways.  Stonewood manages the Kimberly Business Center Owners’ Association, which controls the common area activities of the industrial condominiums within the park.
