Who we are…

Stonewood Properties, Inc. was formed in January of 2004 as a commercial property services & investment company to focus our resources in support of a select group of private and institutional clients. Stonewood was founded on the principles of integrity, teamwork and accountability.

What we do…

We concentrate our efforts on the investment in and management of office, retail, medical and industrial assets in Southern California, both as an owner and as a third party service provider. Stonewood’s due diligence consulting services and asset management are provided on a national basis.
