PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mark Mallars is the Senior Vice President of Stonewood Properties, Inc. He oversees all of the day to day activities of Stonewood including property management operations and corporate operations.  Mark is responsible for all accounting and reporting activities pertaining to both property management and corporate operations.  With over 20 years’ experience in all phases of corporate and commercial real estate finance, management and accounting, he is the team leader for Stonewood.  Prior to joining Stonewood, Mark worked at Triple Net Properties, Spieker Properties and Sperry Van Ness.  He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California.
