Stephanie Luczon – Facilities Manager
Stephanie Luczon joins the team with having over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry working at the Pacific Palms Hotel and Resort, starting as a Front Desk Agent and later becoming a Banquet Coordinator. She continued to develop her work within hospitality and began to learn about facilities management, where she obtained a position with Newport Real Estate Services, Inc. as a Facilities Coordinator. In this position, Stephanie worked at an off-site location in Irvine as the liaison between property management and the Ford Motor Company. Going on 3 years, Stephanie officially joined the Stonewood team in June 2017. Carrying the same responsibilities, she also expanded her duties to working with day-to day operations for various Ford managers while coordinating on-site events and meetings for Ford and other companies. Her attention to detail, communication, professionalism and overall personality have become a valued asset to Ford and reflects on her work ethic. In the future, she plans to expand her knowledge and growth within the Commercial Real Estate Industry. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys cooking, playing and watching sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
