Stonewood Investments makes direct equity investments in commercial real estate. Investments are focused on existing office and industrial properties ranging from value added to core opportunities. Select investments in retail, storage, development opportunities and multifamily housing will be considered. Stonewood Properties is geographically focused on Southern California with an emphasis on Orange County.

For assets priced over $10 Million Stonewood Investments has a strategic alliance with Broadreach Capital Partners who control a discretionary equity fund of $314 million and access to a $75 million revolving line of credit to fund acquisitions on an all cash basis. Broadreach Capital Partners is a real estate investment fund established by the former Spieker Properties executive management team with the objective to build, acquire and own assets in the Western United States. For assets priced over $2 Million and under $10 Million Stonewood Investments has strategic relationships with institutional and single source investors. The size of investments will range from value added purchases, development opportunities, redevelopment projects to core holdings.

For Orange County assets priced under $5 Million Stonewood Investment will either self fund or form a limited partnership with a select group of high net worth investors. In addition, Stonewood Properties, Inc. is seeking investments on behalf of a select group of local high net worth investors.

Once a property is acquired Stonewood Properties, Inc. will oversee the day to day management, leasing, and construction activity as an Asset Manager maintaining overall accountability for the asset’s performance.
